Our Meeting Began at 11;05 With President Don Bunnell BACK in charge

After the Opening Ceremony, President Bunnell announced that a Committee for website help would be under the direction of Rick Malley and that Ray DeVries would help in the awarding of Service Medals to deserving individuals.

Pres. Bunnell then asked Ray to lead the pledges and to open with prayer in the absence of our Chaplain.

Temporary Registrar Harold Walden then led the instillation ceremony for our new member, William Lewis.

Treasurer Will Else stated that we had over $2,000 in our bank account and he noted that some still have not paid their dues (they can still be made by sending the money to the TXSSAR Treasurer.

Registrar Walden announced that there will be another new member to be inducted into our chapter at the June meeting.

Color Guard Captain Green announced that several members were involved in presenting awards to the Jr. ROTC units in our county (some in uniform).

President-elect Swetland introduced our speaker, Archetectual Historian Peter Maxon who gave an excellent presentation with color slides on Architectual History of History.

The meeting closed with the SAR recessional.
