The Texas Compatriot newsletter was formed in 1933 by the Woodward brothers, who in 1938 lead the formation of the Arlington Chapter. They distributed it quarterly and freely to all Texas SAR members statewide until 1952.
Our chapter is especially proud of this newsletter's role in Texas SAR history. It is now published at least twice per year by the state society and available at their public website at https://texassar.org. Use the above links for quick access.
