The March 19th meeting was at Bill Smith's Cafe in North McKinney. This is one of McKinney's oldest restaurants. It was here on Highway 380 when I moved to McKinney in 1972.

Compatriot Dan Reed presented a very interesting program entitled "The Rest of the Story of Lexington and Concord". He showed the members a rifle that is owned by a gentlemen in Richardson that belonged to this gentleman's 7th Grandfather. Dan gave some interesting facts concerning this big bore .60 caliber rifle.
