Rumbaugh Oration Contest Winner 2011

The winner of the TXSSAR Joseph S. Rumbaugh Historical Oration Contest for 2011 is Sophia Smithe.  Miss Smithe is sponsored by the Hill Country Chapter #31.  She represented the Texas Society, Sons of the American Revolution at the National Joseph S. Rumbaugh Historical Oration Contest for 2011 in Winston-Salem, NC in July 2011.
