Rumbaugh Oration Contest Winner 2021
The winner of the Texas SAR Joseph S. Rumbaugh Historical Oration Contest for 2021 is Troy Nguyen. Master Nguyen was sponsored by the Galvez Chapter #1. He will represent the Texas Society, Sons of the American Revolution at the 2021 Annual Conference in Renton, Washington in July 2021.
